Adele Bovard

RJ Facilitator

Adele Bovard enjoyed a 35-year career in education with experience in both suburban and urban districts that highlighted the need for mitigating disproportionality of student suspensions.

Cuetz Rodriguez

RJ Facilitator

Cuetz brings a strong background in curriculum development, arts-based learning, and culturally
relevant pedagogy over his decade of work in this space. He is trilingual in English, Spanish and Nahuatl.

Dawn Molitor

Dawn is a dedicated and experienced educator with a remarkable 20+-year career in the field of education, speech therapy and supporting students with diverse needs.

Dipasa Bista

Communications & Policy Intern

Dipasa holds a Master’s in International Development from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. Her graduate coursework in restorative justice deepened her belief in building equitable and empathetic communities.

Jenny Winkler

RJ Facilitator

Jenny is a public health professional, facilitator, mediator, and educational consultant with a focus on building healthy communities and transforming conflict.

Kristen Noble

Co-Founder/Director

Kristen is a restorative justice facilitator, instructor, and coach. Her 15 years of experience are devoted to solving conflict, building equity and inclusion, and advancing cultural humility.

Laree Lowe

Laree comes to Why Restorative Justice with a diverse background in youth services and a passion for supporting people and systems.

With a background in criminal and social justice, Shelby Demby has dedicated over 13 years of her career to youth violence prevention and transforming school environments.

National Policy Intern

A strong foundation in policy research and a deep commitment to advancing social justice propel Shreya's specialization in Restorative Justice and is part of WhyRJ's review committee.
