Dawn Molitor, a dedicated and experienced educator with a remarkable 21-year career in the field of education. Throughout her journey, Dawn has held roles as a speech therapist and a special education teacher, bringing her expertise to support students with diverse needs.

For the past 12 years, Dawn has been actively engaged in facilitating within special education, honing her skills in fostering social emotional learning, social navigation, and embracing neuro affirming practices.

Currently, Dawn serves as a consultant within schools, where her passion lies in supporting neurodiverse students. She is driven by a strong focus on abelism, neurodivergence, and equity in education. Dawn’s approach revolves around modifying environments and providing accommodations to ensure that every student can actively participate. She takes pride in her commitment to a strength-based model and collaborates with teams to tailor the curriculum according to individual abilities.

Outside of her professional life, Dawn finds joy in residing in upstate NY with her husband, three children, two dogs, and a delightful assortment of other animals. Together, they cherish live music, camping trips, savor time spent in nature, and eagerly embark on travel adventures whenever the opportunity arises.
