This training is designed to empower every adult who contributes to a positive school culture: front office teams, cafeteria staff, custodial professionals, library staff, paraprofessionals, campus supervisors, and more.

Gain additional training or coaching for formal restorative processes and addressing significant harm for specific situations or co-facilitation. We partner with you on a long-term or as-needed basis.
