This 7-module training covers foundational practices, systems change and facilitation practice for communities looking to incorporate restorative practices for the first time or to brush up on restorative philosophies

Module 1 - Connection: Connecting to the Why
Module 2 - Harmony: Creating a Relational Foundation with Community Building Circles
Module 3 - Sense of Belonging: Collaborative Norms
Module 4 - Restore: Mending Community through Conversations, Language and Regulation
Module 5 - Repair: Conflict and Wrongdoing as an Opportunity to Learn
Module 6 - Reconnect: Intentional Planning and Practice to Make the Community Whole Again
Module 7 - Implement: Cultivating Actions for Sustainable Policy, Practice and Culture

Each training offers supporting media, resources and worksheets to train participants in the philosophy and practices of Restorative Justice.

This LIVE VIRTUAL and IN-PERSON training is available for 10 to 25 participants. More participants will incur an additional fee and more WhyRJ Facilitators. We will come to you, online or in-person, with our materials and engaging training activities.
