This is Why Restorative Justice's introductory training for individuals and teams. Delivered online and asynchronously, you choose how and when to complete each module. The training is interactive and personable. Read, watch, explore and then discuss with a WhyRJ Facilitator. The WhyRJ Intro to Restorative Justice Practices and Principles is a collection of 7 modules designed for educators, school leaders, discipline teams, counselors, social workers, and community members that are interested in implementing Restorative Justice Practices and Principles.

• Module 7 – Implement: Cultivating Actions for Sustainable Policy, Practice and Culture

Each training offers supporting media, resources and worksheets to train participants in the philosophy and practices of Restorative Justice.
