This is Why Restorative Justice's introductory training for individuals and teams. Delivered online and asynchronously, you choose how and when to complete each module. The training is interactive and personable. Read, watch, explore and then discuss with a WhyRJ Facilitator.
The WhyRJ Intro to Restorative Justice Practices and Principles is a collection of 7 modules designed for educators, school leaders, discipline teams, counselors, social workers, and community members that are interested in implementing Restorative Justice Practices and Principles.
Each training offers supporting media, resources and worksheets to train participants in the philosophy and practices of Restorative Justice.

Formal Restorative Justice Training (ONLINE)

This 4-module training is for staff intending to facilitate or support formal restorative processes for significant harm. This can be helpful for administrative staff or individuals wanting to expand their restorative practices facilitation or gain a better understanding of processes to address major harm and conflict.
Virtual sessions will be facilitated by a WhyRJ Facilitator who will meet with you regularly and answer any questions you may have.
