Jenny Winkler

Jenny Winkler is a public health professional, facilitator, mediator, and educational consultant with a focus on building healthy communities and transforming conflict.

She has a PhD in public health with a focus on conflict management as a strategy for health promotion. In her work for the National Conflict Resolution Center, she supported school districts in integrating restorative practices throughout their systems and programs.

Jenny teaches restorative justice for the University of San Diego, works with Aarhus University in Denmark to support international health research partnerships, and collaborates with school districts on the development of systems of support and using data for continuous improvement.
